Thank you for choosing Deeya’s Delights for your food service needs. Please carefully review our policy regarding returns:
Due to the perishable nature of our products and the health and safety standards we adhere to, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items once they have been delivered or picked up.
Refunds
- If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
- In the case of food allergies or dietary restrictions, we recommend reviewing ingredient lists and descriptions carefully before placing an order. We are unable to accept returns for issues related to personal taste preferences or ingredient sensitivities.
Order Modifications or Cancellations:
- If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please do so within 2 hours after placing your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes or cancellations after this period.
